Chad Echols, VP, Corporate Counsel ~ Williams and Fudge, Inc.

Chad is a 1998 graduate of Clemson University and a 2002 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law.  Chad spent two years in law school clerking for the South Carolina House Judiciary Committee and was a member of both Phi Delta Phi and the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal.  Following law school Chad spent a year clerking for the Honorable John C. Hayes, III in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina.

In August of 2003 Chad joined Williams & Fudge, Inc. as the company's Corporate Counsel.  He currently manages the company's legal compliance issues, employment law issues, contracts, and litigation defense.  Chad is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the York County Bar Association, the ACA International Members' Attorney Program, and the Association of Corporate Counsel. 

Chad is a life long resident of Rock Hill .  He currently serves as a Sr. High Youth Advisor for his church, President of the Board for the Interfaith Hospitality Network of York County, and the young alumni representative for the Board of the York County Clemson Club.  He is happily married to his wife Anna who is a first grade teacher in Rock Hill .
