Cathy Foland - Southern Illinois University Edwardsville

Cathy Foland is the Bursar for Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). She has been affiliated with SIUE for 15 years first joining the University as an internal auditor before moving into the Bursar’s Office. She lead SIUE’s accounts receivable conversion to Banner in 2007 and has managed billing, collections and refund operations at SIUE for nearly 10 years. Prior to her employment with the University, Cathy was Director of Accounting Services at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
