What is my userID?

When you open the app the first time you will be asked for a userID and/or password. Your userID is the email address you used when you registered for the conference.

Note: You may be asked to log in to the App Store or Google Play in order to download the app. In this case, use the login credentials you have established with those stores.

What is the password?

The password to open the Bursars SFS app is the same for all attendees. Because this is a private event we will not put the password on this website, but you can find it in your welcome email from PDG and many places on site at the conference (posters, table tents, namebadge agenda). You can also ask any PDG representative.

I see an error message that says “this is a private event.”

That error means that you are not logged in to the app. Click the user icon in the top right corner of the app to find the login button.
