2026 Bursars & Student Loans Conference Registration

We are welcoming everyone back to this in-person event held in Scottsdale, Arizona where you can re-connect with your colleagues and meet new friends, as well as learn and share on relevant and critical topics to higher education student financial professionals. We hope you can join us October 5-7, 2026.

The registration fee covers the attendance for one person and includes: access to all general and breakout sessions; any digital and hard copy conference and presentation materials; private Monday evening reception; Tuesday breakfast and lunch; and Wednesday breakfast and lunch.

Early Bird Rate: $800 (through September 4, 2026)
Standard Rate: $900 (after September 4, 2026)

Note: this is typically a sold-out event and there is no guarantee that space will be available at the Early Bird or Standard Rate. We suggest you register sooner versus later. Please book travel arrangements after you have registered for the conference.
